We're Looking for homes
Money will buy you a pretty good dog, but it won't buy the wag of his tail....... At Happy Dogs we are proud of our work in rescuing and rehoming dogs. Our aim is to ensure that every dog that passes through our hands is rehomed in an environment which will ensure they are loved, cared for and looked after. Here are our current residents waiting for a suitable home. We only rehome in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset and we apply the highest standards of suitability before letting any of our dogs go.. APOLLO - 1 year to 18month old beautiful big bear with a loving, kind and endearing nature. OK with cats and children and other dogs. Is house trained and travels well in the car. Is a very affectionate loving dog that likes to be involved in everything and will make a wonderfully loyal companion -- he also snores!! Are you the special person that can share your home and your heart with him?
SOX - Four month old Whippet cross. A Puppy so he chews he is virtually house trained and good with everything. Will need a committed new owner to see him happily experience the rest of his puppyhood and lead him into his adult life where he would always remain a "happy dog" To make sure that he receives the proper kind loving training that all dogs deserve. He is a lovely little chap
MAX two to three year old golden lab cross. Really nice natured boy very well behaved and has had some good training, very obedient and will make a good and loyal companion. Cant imagine why he was abandoned MADDIE Well what about Maddie. She is a real live wire lovely little rough coat Jack Russell Full of the joy of living not too good with cats but alright with other dogs has lived with another dog all her life until she came into care. Still very much a puppy though her age was given to us as two. Would like her special people to have a good knowledge and love of the breed.
LOLLIPOP one year old Collie cross spaniel really sweet natured girl. Will need some training although we have started that and she is learning fast. Needs to share the home of an active family. MITZIE Older small Jack Russell very nervous comes with a bit of baggage but in the right environment with the right people would blossom into a loving and loyal companion.
ISIS One year old Lurcher, Beautiful girl, typical of the breed she is affectionate, loves the sofa or the armchair doesn't like to get her feet wet. Not too good with cats but fine with other dogs. Has been with us for some time waiting for her special persons. MURPHY Gentle kind very obedient Chocolate Labrador whose owner could no longer care for him. He has been brought up with children so would be fine with dog friendly children and again does not seem to mind cats Pulls a bit on the lead but then none of us are perfect are we? Really nice boy. He is six years old
JEFFREY Five year old or thereabout Basset Hound of the Paul OGrady Show fame, needs a home with experience of Bassets. He is a very friendly kind dog good with other dogs and people not very good with cats. You can see his experience with Paul OGrady by following this link>> CHELSEA Four to five year old little Powder Puff. Very loving needs an understanding quiet home. Has some baggage but with the right person will make a wonderful little loyal companion.

MEGGIE : a four year old miniature schnauzer with quite a lot of baggage, She has had quite a chequered life and most of it has really not been good. Since she has been in care she has gained more confidence and has learned that not all humans mean her harm. She would need a warm, kind gentle understanding special person to share the rest of her life and I am sure that person is out there somewhere.

Chewed and Renewed
Happy Dogs is appealing for help to source plastic beds for the dogs. Whilst with us some dog like to chew their way through the plastic beds. As soon as they are excessively chewed and have sharp edges they have to be removed and we are in desperate need of replacements - if you can help please contact us or email us by following this link>>
