Jessie came into care really emaciated, full
of fleas and worms a really sorry sight,. Three days later she
produced two live little
pups and one dead one. She had been found wandering and had obviously
been on the road for some time. but she was an excellent mother.
As the puppies grew so did her confidence, her temperament was
always wonderful with all of us almost as if she knew that I would
never let her be abandoned again. Finally puppies had to be homed
and there again, just when I need them, along came the right people
for them.
Danny and Yvonne, who had lost two of the three little Westies
they had adopted from the Charity said could they take them both!
Well what could I do only say yes, but it would be quite a challenge
for them. They have become lovely, loving dogs and a credit to
their owners who made a commitment to them. Mum stayed with us
until Suzanne made the phone call, and although she and I got off
to a rocky start she realized I did not dare make a mistake, for
Jessies sake. There was no mistake made, Jessie took to Suzanne
from the start and as you can see there is a real bond between
them.
Its always good to have a perfect ending to a story. God Bless.
